How much is the shipping cost?
We strive for simplicity and clarity. Currently, our main business is in Southeast Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.), where shipping is free. For other regions worldwide, the shipping cost is a flat rate of US$9.99.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday).
Shipping time for Southeast Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, etc.):
Approximately 7 business days (depending on specific circumstances)
Shipping time for other international regions:
Asia (Japan, South Korea, etc.): Approximately 7 business days (depending on specific circumstances)
Europe and the USA: Approximately 15-20 business days (depending on specific circumstances)
Other parts of the world: Approximately 25 business days (depending on specific circumstances)
If your address is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible so we can correct it promptly. Once the order leaves the warehouse, the address cannot be changed.
Please note that we do not bear any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from overseas warehouses, and you may be required to pay import duties or taxes.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Please note that we cannot deliver to some remote areas. These areas include:
Niue, French Guiana, British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands, and other areas, as well as areas that other logistics companies refuse to deliver to.
